My students enjoy learning math, although it can be challenging, my true passion is to break math up so it is engaging and easily understandable for all of my 4th grade students. Math picture books will be a great way of showing my kids real life mathematical learning through a fun approach. Using books like The Great Divide: a Mathematical Marathon, I will be able to make learning division fun for all of my learners. I will be able to use this picture book as a way to keep my students engaged through a fun story about math. How much is a million? It is worth a lot when it comes to student learning through picture books each day in my 4th grade classroom!
