My students who have severe physical and cognitive disabilities need a light table to help fulfill sensory needs. This innovative light table can display four vibrant colors! It features a big illuminated surface with plenty of room for building and exploring…and comes with a remote control that allows you to change, dim or flash the colors—at the touch of a button! This table would benefit their fine motor skills, calm and help soothe anxiousness and or anger, and ultimately, I believe with this light table, it would assist my students in becoming more verbal. This light table is an engaging hands-on center that will help my students increase their on-task independent behavior during workstations. All my students will utilize these manipulatives!
