These tablets will give my students access to online materials that will expand their knowledge of reading, science, and math. Our students have accounts to online reading programs that open them up to thousands on online reading materials but no way for them to use them. The addition of these tablets into the classroom will allow me to assign content-related materials in reading, science, and math. With access to educational programs in the classroom instruction can be individualized and gives students an enormous amount of content that would not be otherwise accessed. Teaching the proper use and ethics of technology should start as soon as students are in school. I believe the earlier, the better and with access to tablets, my students will begin their journey with the right tools that allow for safe and quick access into the modern classroom.
