I am a special needs teacher in South Carolina. I teach early literacy, writing and math skills to struggling students in Kindergarten through third grade. My curriculum focuses primarily on developing reading strategies for fiction and non-fiction works and promoting reading fluency. I assist the students in developing the underlying skills needed to perform mathematic operations and work on early writing skills. My students fully participate in the general education curriculum with support form me to enhance and enable meaningful progress.
