This will make a difference in giving our students exposure to musical theater. They will have the feeling of working hard on a big project and seeing the outcome in an amazing production. They will create friendships and work ethic that they may have not had before. In theater, everyone wins. The community that is built with theater is something that one has to experience. It is family. Our students through this project will try something new, unfamiliar and hopefully grow with confidence. The materials we get through this project will bring the characters to life by creating costumes, masks, and sets. We have asked for makeup for our many characters in the Lion King, raffia, burlap, and paints for the set and shirts for each student.
