Leadership & Public Service High School is in Lower Manhattan New York a block away from the World Trade Center. It is a Title 1 school which is a low income school. Unfortunately unlike many high schools we do not have a traditional gymnasium only a small fitness room. My goal is to full it with weights and exercise equipment. The space of the fitness room is more conducive as a weight/fitness room. The students in the high school arrive from all corners of the city and I would like to give them the same physical education class experience as other students that may have been blessed with different opportunities.
