My students will have the chance to explore the anatomy of a frog! This will allow them to understand body systems through hands on exploration! We will also complete an entire frog unit before dissecting the specimens. During this unit, we will explore the life cycle of a frog, a frog's basic needs, it's importance in an ecosystem, and so much more! My students are so excited to get the chance to learn through doing. Opportunities like this really engage students and help create a love for learning. This activity is something my students look forward to all year long.
