In order to do your best, you need to be your best. There is no better way to be your best self than to be comfortable. My active first grade friends would benefit from flexible seating in a variety of ways. My students love to move. Movement helps them to stay focused and engaged. The ball chairs and wobble seats will allow students to move, without disrupting their learning. The seat cushions also allow for friends to get their wiggles out with still remaining engaged in the lesson. My first grade team shares students for math and reading. These flexible seating options would not only benefit my class, but all first grade students at my school!
