We work hard, we stay busy! The art room at Madison is a busy place, and we like it that way. I teach up to 180 students a day during 7 class periods. We are constantly learning, creating, and applying skills in a variety of ways. Projects are often and busy and I love to emphasize creativity and technical practice. We draw every day, include vocabulary in what we do, and try new techniques and mediums. If students finish early, we have lots of activities to choose from so the student is always learning, building, improving and creating. I love to incorporate technology, literacy, and math in the art room...I mean, how can we NOT?!?
