Our students work on functional job skills each week. We are always looking for valuable job skill training for our students while building cooperative learning opportunities with our students and their general education peers. When our students with disabilities work alongside their same age peers, learning expands to a wide range of social, academic and self-determination skills. Many of our students with special needs express themselves best through art. We currently have students working with their peer mentors in order to create motivational posters. The students use the computer to create the art work and then together add a motivational quote to the artwork. In order to make this an on-campus job we need the wall mount acrylic sign holders so that these motivational posters can be displayed throughout the school. This will benefit and uplift all students in the school.
