The majority of my students are from lower income families, thus access to computers is minimal. Also, since I teach at a Charter School we have no budget for technology. This makes it extremely difficult for my students to do the necessary research for their AP Spanish classes. These laptops will help to improve my students' scores on the AP Spanish exam which will give them college credits. Much of the material for the exam needs to be studied using computers. These computers will allow guided computer work to be done in class alongside the teacher which will vastly improve the students' understanding of the material.
