Our goal is to create a resource of project-based and hands-on activities for students to develop conceptual knowledge of mathematics and science. These materials will provide numerous opportunities for the curriculum to be implemented with highly engaging activities, which is vitally important given our student population have numerous social, emotional, behavioral and academic needs. The majority of our students live in poverty and in homes that have limited supplies and opportunities. It is vital that our student's academic needs are met in order to focus on learning and being successful for future growth. Creating this resource of materials is an important step in this process.

About my class
