In March, 2020, we are taking a trip to Disney's California Adventure to participate in the annual Food Festival. Our class has been fundraising to join the Celebrity demonstration, where they will cook with a Celebrity Chef. We are asking for help with funding for the transportation for our project, as it will help us meet our financial goal to go on this trip. Students will taste different varieties of foods during the festival and grade them based on taste, appearance, creativity and how the flavors go together. This activity will give them firsthand experience in evaluating and critiquing Culinary Arts, as well as seeing a variety of professional work.

About my class
