I teach 12 special education students in a self-contained special day class. There are three girls and nine boys. They are in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. The disabilities in my room include specific learning disability, speech and language impairment, ADD, ADHD, emotional disturbance, Autism, and intellectual disability (or mental retardation).
