Students love to share their knowledge with others. It's empowering to them, and their classmates love learning from peers. I'd like to share two examples (of MANY) of how we utilize technology. Our students use Chromebooks to research and create multimedia nonfiction reports, and at the culmination of each writing unit, students make digital books. The end products are engaging and impressive. The pride these students take in the professional project they are able to create is amazing and inspiring - and just imagine where this technological know-how will take these 7 year-olds as they move through school and then out into our workforce. These examples highlight how powerfully this relatively small investment makes upon our classroom!
