My students need a secure Chromebook charging station for our classroom. I have a classroom set of Chromebooks and they are currently being stored in a makeshift, unsecured charging box. The box is not ideal for my students and causes daily stress for putting them up correctly. Since it is not an actual charging station, the computers sometimes get stuck in the box. Chromebooks are expensive. I would love to have a safe, secure place to store them without the risk of damaging them. Education is changing, with more emphasis on technology and new ways to learn. My students use Chromebooks daily, typically multiple times per day with our math curriculum, Zearn, Reflex, Moby Max, and Kahoot quizzes. A Chromebook charging station would eliminate the daily stress of organizing and putting away Chromebooks. They would also be stored in a locked cabinet, and would add extra security to our 21st century learning environment. Please help us get the Chromebook charging station so that our computers can be stored safely!
