The seventh and eighth grade students in my physical education classes are very curious about body composition and how they can manage the ratio of lean mass to fat mass. Many of the students want to measure their weight/% body fat on a weekly basis. There isn't much time to measure all of the interested students during class each week, but there is time for students to measure themselves while dressing out for class.
