We are in a rural community where money for classroom funding is very limited. Chromebooks are very useful for the students to research new area's and creatures of the world. My students would be able to access the learning material on line that is offered through our curriculum series. Our math and reading programs are amazing at helping the students learn at their ability level. I have students who would benefit GREATLY from these chrome books because they would be able to be challenged academically. Our school does not have a gifted and talented program. There are many programs out there that would be beneficial if they had computers to use. I have 4 chrome books for 18 students. This proves very difficult getting them all computer time. These students would be over the moon excited to have computers to learn on.
