A document camera would be a huge asset to my classroom. I often feel that my students miss out on opportunities for technology as our district does not have a lot of money in our budget for technology. Many times our copier is not working and a document camera will allow students to see what it is that we will be working on for the day (without copies being made). This document camera will not only enlarge documents, but it will enlarge the little brains of the wonderful students I am working with. With this new piece of technology students can continue to learn in lieu of any obstacles that may be in our way.
