These materials will allow my students to engage in social interaction with each other throughout the day. Some students will be able to be more comfortable in the classroom with seating arrangements while others will get to play interactive games with peers during social skill building time. Pillows for students to sit on comfortably for reading are in my project, as well as a bouncy chair to allow my student to move while in his desk. Students will use these tools for sensory needs while also building their academic and social skills. Things like dough and kinetic sand will allow my students to have those sensory inputs needed throughout the day. Games will be used during leisure times for students to work together and create puzzles and solve games! These materials will engage my students to help learn more effectively throughout the day and give them the strategies needed for successful learning!
