The materials I have chosen will help to enhance my student's excitement about literature . For example, during our daily routine the students will choose to look at books on their own. They also recruit me as an audience so they can retell a story to me. The storytelling puppets and read along books in my order would be a great way to extend their literature experiences. Also, I've observed my students enjoying the manipulatives in my classroom. I ordered more literacy and writing manipulatives so the students can have a variety to choose from. I know the items I've chosen will increase the spark my students already have for literature.
