When students come to me they often are shy and reticent and therefore do not speak freely and do there best work. The materials such as the play sand, stack blocks and other manipulates are the perfect way to establish rapport. The table provides a good place for one to one interaction. Students feel more at ease in a smaller setting, therefore,​ enabling them to be open and creative. White boards provide an alternative method to show work and illustrations. The Jack in the box is an excellent resource in learning cause and effect. The portable laminator along with additional laminating film will enable me to make folder learning games and that can be used over and over again Children perceive they have control when offered choices. This helps me to better understand where they are coming and understand there needs.
