When educational resources are usually limited, Chromebooks will allow my students access to endless educational resources at school and home. However the most important benefit: this technology allows me to differentiate education for my kids, both in terms of how I teach and how my students are expected to demonstrate their learning. Content delivery can be differentiated, particularly through video. Videos can be paused and viewed multiple times by students for whom the traditional lecture moves too quickly. Far better still, however, the entire model of content delivery through lecture-based learning can be replaced by student research or even project-based learning.
