As the special education teacher in an ICT classroom, I work with students who need more 1 on 1 support. One way I found to accomplish this is by working in an 1 to 1 device environment. Having Amazon Fire tablets in the classroom will provide my students with the support that they need. We will use the Amazon Fire tablets for different lessons and activities, such as Kahoot, Google Classroom, Quizlet, and the read-aloud feature on the tablet. Giving my students the gift of technology will not only benefit them this year, but have a lasting impact on their future education.
