I have found a great resource that will help my students work on comprehension using a hands-on approach. The copier will allow me to print these wonderful activities for my students. I'm using the materials to make comprehension activities that the students will use in small groups to help build their comprehension skills with a hands-on approach. There are many different strategies, and each one has a different approach. There are even approaches for nonfiction texts, as well. My hope is that by making these activities that this will help increase my students' scores on high stakes testing.
