In a dual language class teachers must make double of everything especially reference charts. These reference charts will highlight learning strategies throughout the day in all subjects such as reading, math, writing, etc. Half of my class in divided into English instruction and Spanish instruction, therefore a dual language classroom requires double the material. Colored chart paper will allow students to find the resources they need throughout the day to get their independent reading and writing done. It's more than just paper it allows students to help themselves and become less dependent on the teacher and with 32 students and one teacher this is greatly needed. Thank you.
