The most effective way to increase a child's reading level is to read. I am asking for a variety of books. These books will give my students more book choices. They will have a variety of books to choose from within our own classroom library. They have a wide variety of interest and these books will allow me to more easily address their reading interest. Having more books to choose from will encourage students to read more. These books will allow my students to have more books to choose from on their independent reading level. This will encourage more reading and will in turn raise their independent reading level.
