My students are from a small city in Arizona. Our school has about 80-90% free lunch students. It is very hard to ask parents for money when most are having a hard time keeping a roof over their heads. My students love to learn about the world, they get so excited to talk about things that are happening around the country. The also love learning about science. They always want to know how things work and why things are they way they are.
