Having a kidney table will provide a specific location, in the classroom, for students and I to meet, discuss, remediate and/or enrich targeted standards. It will also provide a more intimate and comfortable setting for groups of students to discuss their educational weaknesses and/or strengths with the teacher and work with groups of students who share the same weaknesses and/or strengths as well. Being able to meet with groups of students and provide targeted instruction will make a huge difference in student learning because it will allow me to meet the specific need of each child; which in turn will increase students' academic performance.

About my class
