The LEGO Educational WeDo 2.0 and LEGO Simple and Powered Machine sets will be used during our science time as hands-on lessons to teach my students about science and technology. The LEGO curriculum is linked to science standards that cover material such as energy, levers, force and motion while teaching lessons about pollination, recycling and pollution, to name a few. The use of the LEGO Education systems will encourage my students to be involved in science exploration by asking questions, analyzing data and communicating their findings. They will become the problem solvers of tomorrow as they gain knowledge in coding, robotics and programming and create on LEGO machines. My students already enjoy building with the basic LEGO sets that I have in the classroom. I know they would be psyched to have the opportunity to create and learn using these LEGO Educational sets.
