My students come to school each day ready to learn. We work hard, we laugh, and we learn! My students thrive from one on one attention and the sense of comfort that they feel in my classroom. Because I teach Special Education, all of my students receive accommodations to access the general education curriculum. My students are the most loving, caring, kind people I've ever met. They truly make coming to school fun, and not a chore. I love them more than anything! All of our students receive free breakfast and lunch due to the socioeconomic status of the community. These students have so much stacked against them and yet- they come here every day to laugh, learn, and grow. And the best part? I get to be a part of their journey through it all.
