I chose addition and subtraction games for my students, including Math War Addition and Subtraction Game Cards, Learning Resources Pop For Addition & Subtraction Game and Melon Rind Clumsy Thief Junior. We do math centers, and these games will allow us to add a variety of active learning experiences to our math units. These games will help give my students fun practice with numbers, addition, subtraction and grouping in 10. Students will be able to learn and build their skills in a fun, hands-on way. I also chose a set to help us as we learn shapes. The Learning Resources Dive into Shapes! A "Sea" and Build Geometry Set will allow students to build the shapes they see, giving them hands-on experience with the shapes we learn. . Your support will help my students to build important skills they will use for the rest of their lives. The games I have chosen will help students to build their math skills, while also building social skills and interacting in a positive way with their peers
