Scholastic Weekly Readers provide students with news and interesting things happening from around the world. It incorporates multiple standards so is helpful for teaching multiple subjects. Additionally, it provides students with engaging information that is current. These magazines also come in a print and digital copy. This is great for my classroom because we only see our students 4 days a week and provide remote learning on Fridays. This would be the perfect Friday activity for them to learn new things while also practicing concepts they have already learned in class.
