The children in our classroom LOVE to read and listen to books! It is so important for the children to listen to stories, follow along with the pictures, and ask questions about the books! By adding a listening center it will allow children to continue their love of reading, and will encourage independence when turning pages, following the text, and will help to generate questions about the books. The book stand will foster our classroom rules of taking care of our things, and the audio books will encourage a wide variety of exposure to literature, and a continued love of reading!

About my class
