These class sets of novels will go along with the 6th grade ELA curriculum we are currently using. Each student will soon be able to have their own book and the ability to read at their pace along with the class. The novels would make it possible for me to teach the ELA curriculum with fidelity to my students. Without these novels, I am unable to proceed with using this ELA curriculum. These novels allow middle school students to delve deep into engaging novels and connect to relevant life experiences through reading. The ELA curriculum will help close the gaps while also challenging and engaging all students.

About my class
