Physical activity has been shown to improve students' learning, health and attitudes, but traditionally gets neglected in the budget. I strive to make lifelong fitness and being active a priority that my student's choose to make in their own lives. By adding to a depleted inventory, my students will experience a wide variety of activities that they may love, but never had the chance to play. The hockey sticks and footballs were chosen for this Project because of the limitless potential that they have, even outside of their own sport. Developing a passion for lifelong fitness begins with having fun!
