Our classroom library is a place where my students have the freedom to select and read books that match their interest. I strive to provide my students with a classroom library that is diverse in genre, characters, authors, and topics. My aim is for each of my students to have access to picture books and chapter books in every genre and topic imaginable! As an educator, I know the importance of matching each of my students with books that best suit their interests; in order to enhance their learning and increase their love of reading. I am requesting a variety of new pictures books that will supply our classroom library with additional characters, authors, and topics. Growing our classroom library will foster new reading adventures and will help me in supplying my students with books that best meet their needs.
