My first grade students are eager to learn with technology. The iPads will provide my students the opportunity to work on fluency and to hear how good readers read while listening. The number of learning games the iPads will provide is immeasurable. Technology is motivating and engaging for my students, why not make it educational? These requested items will help my students during daily workstations. The iPads will be a workstation to which they will look forward to. We will utilize many read aloud sites such as, Tumblebooks, Epic!, Storyline Online, just to name a few. As a bonus, we will be able to use the iPads to gain math fact fluency and become super mathematicians, as well!
