In previous years, our first-grade team has had access to an iPad cart to use as an enhancement to classroom learning. At the end of the year, the iPads were taken back by the district and not replaced. We are having a hard time helping all students be able to achieve the same engaged learning we had last year without them. These new Amazon Fire tablets will allow the students to work on specific and individual tasks that will help them practice skills they are lacking. This will especially help students that are below grade level as well as ELLs. Please help us to bring back some technology to our classroom.
