These incentives can be great prizes for classroom activities. Last year, students missed the time of doing interactive activities during online learning. Some of the students stayed at home by themselves while the parents were at work. This year, after the students returned to school, the teachers all found out they were not as active as before the pandemic. They are always quiet, not willing to participate in classroom activities. They need more motivation in the classroom than ever before. I use games and competitions in classroom teaching almost every day. I am planning to use the resources to award students' good participation and behaviors. Receiving incentives is a great way to encourage participation and active learning. I am confident this can motivate my students' participation and improve their learning outcomes.
