Wentz into my classroom, it will reinforce to my students about the importance of soft skills for a successful work future. Students will practice interview skills and various soft skills throughout the year in the classroom and clinical phase. By having this resource, my students will be advanced in their knowledge of what employers are searching for in the marketplace. With this advantage, my students will not only have the necessary tools of the job but will also have edge for the job that other candidates are seeking.
