California history is rich in stories and experiences. With a document camera students will have the opportunity to create presentations and follow along with each other. With multiple copies for students no one will have to wait, all students can be included in the small groups. In small groups my students can read the stories of California history as told by a people from different groups. Learning not just facts about the state, but stories from people's experiences. Making history come alive with narrative text and student discussions. Developing research skills through in-class learning opportunities allows students a chance to delve deeper into a topic.

About my class
