Many of my students are at a disadvantage due to the fact they can not complete assignments in class and out of class due to not having certain technologies such as a basic calculator. Having a class set would make an extreme difference in the way the kids not only do but complete their work. Many are suffering due to the fact they simply can't afford it. In addition, using clay is an interesting way to model the human body. It allows you to literally put the body parts in your hands and find its exact location and function. Not only is it learning but it'd applied to learn​ so it's something that's retained and used a foundation for something greater. I look forward to using these techniques such as using clay because the kids really show interest and it's something they can take home and really be proud of!
