Students will be engaged in book studies with chapter books that they will be eager to read. They will complete book studies during literacy centers. They enjoy reading and I want to challenge them with chapter books. I also want to get students to have a passion for reading. The use of white boards are daily in all subjects which allow me to check understanding and students are able to be engaged in lesson. Chair pockets will allow students to have white boards handy at all times to use. Also, other supplies to be organized and easy to get to, like construction paper and lap boards, will optimize learning time.
