I strive to make my room welcoming and attractive without being distracting. From a vanilla scented warmer to seasonal decor, my students look forward to entering OUR room. Flexible seating not only appeals to students comfort, but allows them to choose the best work environment for themselves. Some students do better at a taller standing table, while others prefer on the floor with stadium seating or under a counter with an over sized pillow. Giving students this choice helps them to feel invested in their learning and increases engagement and pride in their work. They appreciate the opportunity to show that they are able to make good decisions for themselves that result in their best learning and performance. At this point, I have already purchased a few throw pillows from resale shops and they are in high demand. Yet, I know I am not meeting the needs of all students. The selection I am requesting from Amazon would help provide a variety of flexible seating that would help me to continue to provide a learning atmosphere that helps me bring out my students' potential. Thank you for considering us!
