We will be teaching students how to stay in shape by weight lifting and conditioning. The items are needed to get us started with the basics. My student don't have access to gyms and trainers that can help them with there desire to get in shape and get bigger. That's were we come in with support we can make sure that the students desires are meet. We are ore then willing to put in the time with them with the right resources. The materials will make a difference in the students learning by introducing them into a healthier way of living and taking care of themselves.
