These planting sets, learning kits, and books will allow my students to do hands-on science. They will be able to create and learn using real materials. By using the pots and the planting sets, my students will be able to plant their own seeds and observe their plant as it grows. They will discover the foods that come from plants and what part of the plant we eat. The students will learn about life cycles. The plant cycle and the life cycle of a lady bug. My lessons will expand across subject matter areas. These lessons will create a foundation for future science lovers.
