Students will use the Makeblock mBot Robot 2.4G kits to complete various programming projects. These projects will use both block based programming language, but upper level scripted language such as Java and Python. These projects will be completed in Coding I, Coding II, and AP Computer Science Principles courses. In addition, to using them as Cybersecurity tools to perform white hat man-in-the-middle cyber attacks in our Cybersecurity I and II courses. The robots are wi-fi compatible and will be used along with Raspberry Pi personal computers already in use. A in class network will be created, that will not only run the robots, but students will also get hands-on networking experience throughout the projects.
