Students will use the engineering design process to build and code their robot. These kits will further develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills and will provide a unique and creative way to incorporate coding into their STEM project. The LEGO Boost kits include pieces for 5 different models that students can build, code and play. The Makeblock kits are easy to build and can be modified to make it their own personal design. These kits will provide more choices for students to apply their robotic and coding skills. Once their build is complete, students will code their own robot design.
