By being able to give each student their own book during literature circles, we will be building our classroom culture further. My goal is to have a literature-rich classroom where my students feel inspired to read and build that love of reading. After using this book to support reading strategies and comprehension, I want the students to be able to bring this book home with them. Bringing home a book the students know they will truly understand will enhance their love of reading and build their confidence. Not only will this book support their learning, but will support other children, as most of my students have younger siblings.
